Our database of homes for sale by owner allows you to use advanced Home Search, browse Home Listings by area, or browse Homes for sale with our Interactive Map.

Let's go over these home search features:

Advanced Home Search -

If you have a Listing ID number you would enter that in that in the first box. If not proceed to the

City, State and Zip code. Enter the City in the entry box, then select the state from the drop down menu and enter the Zip code you want to search homes fro sale by owner.

Property Type - You can search Commercial Properties, Condos or Townhomes, Duplex, Farm, Lots, Multi-Family properties, and Single Family homes that are for sale by owner. (tip hold CTRL + click to select multiple)

Property Style - CC means Condo / Conversions, MF = Multi Family properties, SF = Single Family, TH = Townhomes. Can skip these for a broader number of results. (tip hold CTRL + click to select multiple)

Min Price = Minimum Price.

Max Price = Maximum Price. choose your minimum and the maximum price of the homes your are looking for.

Beds = Enter the minimum amount of bedrooms you are looking for in your home.

Baths = Enter the minimum amount of bathrooms you are looking for in your home.

Min SQFT = Enter the minimum amount of square footage you want the home to have.

Min Lot Size = Enter the minimum lot size you want the home to have.

Garage = Enter whether you want the home to have a garage or not.

Keywords = Enter any particular keywords you are interested.

You should first see an entire map of the United States. Click on the state you want to search for your home in, and continue narrowing down the search until you can view individual homes for sale by owner. Click on the properties to view the details.
